Please help! I’m trying to hook up a gen 3 to a 3-1 transducer mounted externally on my Minn Kota Ultrex. I can’t find the 3-1 transducer in the sonar installation transducer type. What transducer type can I select or will the 3-1 not work?

AI 3 in 1 is not supported by any Generation older than Carbon. It’s a no go for a Gen 3. You can get a TotalScan.

Funny! I saw he was online and I was in the end stage of my install. NoCal gave me the bad news! But, I ordered a new Carbon so
Been offline for a couple of days, fishing for once, but my reply would have been like the one from NoCAL. :)
You can get 2D and DownScan from Ai 3 in 1 on a Gen 3 if you select med/high-TotalScan as transducer, but not sidescan. The pingrate on AI SideScan is different from TotalScan.
