Is there a repair manual out there for a standard/service master lower unit? Ordered a manual with my serial number from mercury which did not have any lower unit info in it. Then they sent me a torquemaster fleetmaster and sportmaster manual. When I called back and told them it wasnt right they just sent me another manual that covers above my serial number.

8M0122849 would be a suitable manual for use on your Gearcase. As an alternative, you could use 8M0077343.
The terms "standard/service master" have been used for multiple gearcases over the years. The gearcase used on your engine is a 4.8" (1.75 Ratio) Verado STYLE Gearcase.
At the time your engine was built, there was no "250 ProXS" Manual (let alone one that covered that gearcase). Hence the higher serial numbers shown on manuals.

Would the 8M0122849 work for my power head and rest of the motor as well which covers 1B973744 and up? They originally sent me 8M8000017 for the motor which is 1B802382

8M0122849 will work for the entire engine. There are so few (and subtle) differences that you will likely never even run across them.
