    Exclamation WOW

    Perfectly equipped BassCat!
I wish the printing business was a bit better as I can't bring myself to spend money when I'm not making any.

I'm pretty certain that boat is sold. Call Sherm Monday to find out.

No available funds at the moment and I don't finance toys.

Used boats are selling like candy and new boats are selling like select beef. While the new boat market is not as strong as it was pre-CoVid they are moving quite well. Service department managers (service writers) feel like stockers at the department store refilling the toilet paper aisle. They are seeing boats come out of garages and fields that haven’t been run in ten years.

Everyone is enjoying the outdoors and the water today and that’s very good to see for those of us who have wondered what the Awakening and regrowth would take. Shut down ball games, pools, beaches, theaters, concerts and more... let’s all go fishing!

I have a 2016 Puma with a 250 SHO. I could add a spot lock TM (Lowrance or Ultrex), move the Gen 3 - 9 from the bow to the console and have 2 -9's there then add a 12 to the bow for the short term. but I had rather trade sometime in 2021 while my engine has warranty remaining. I really have very limited use for Power Poles, so those aren't a must have. My SHO warranty runs until November 2022. Oh well, doesn't cost to look and dream.

Nothing wrong with looking!! I browse everyday at the big boats. I used to say if i ever bought another it would be the cougar. Personally know i like the eyra. Though i really like that gray. Anyone have that color that can speak how it holds up to showing scuffs?

The Medium Grey does not hold up well on scuffing or on UV durability. We did clear coat the color and the complaints on trash were too numerous. The clear is not like a paint where you can clean a bug out, it’s reverse molding clear first, thus trash is evident in the process. Flake boats tend to hide some trash and clear with a solid tends to make it stand out. As a result we no longer clear the large bodies in solid gels except Victory Red and Canary Yellow.

I'm old school and really not fond of the looks of the non gel colors on the cap of a boat. I prefer the flake and shine given off by the gel coat. It's hard to beat some combination of red, white, and white with silver accents. I have figured out the BassCat FB page showing builds in process is a great place to get ideas for color combos, as I have zilch, zero, nada taste for color combos together.
