Looking at a boat that is down a cylinder on a 2009 250 etec, my question is can the motor be bored and sleeved with a new piston like a pro xs or would the block be junk, if so what’s the average cost?also is there any major problems with these year motors? TIA
likely dropped an injector on that cylinder and needs them all tested

Yes it can be bored or sleeved, be sure to check the remaining pistons, in the splash port, that's where the pistons usually crack.
