Anyone running a 27 pitch tempest plus? What boat, set up and numbers please. Also what hub kit is required?

You need this hub kit. However, I end up using a flat washer and castle nut with the cotter key.

What hull are you running that needs a 27 pitch prop? My BassCat Puma is turning a 26 SHO prop.

I’m running a tempest 27 on my sho 250 . I can turn it at 5920 5930 summer heat loaded . Hole shot is very quick . Mid range lift doesn’t kick in in till you get over 50 mph . Top end is on par for my rig bass cat puma also . I made a 30 mile run this morning ran the motor at 53 5400 Rpms she was running right at 73 74 . Wide open 80 . Mine needs about 100 Rpms put into the Prop for top end . The tempest is a nice prop on the sho engines also they are very dependable you don’t here about to many tempest throwing ears . I’m eventually going to get a 27 sho prop for weekend runs by myself at the river at the house but I will always run the tempest on tournament weekends .
