I have zero personal experience, but have read a ton on the subject and you might as well sell the 26 Fury's. I don't get it because I run a 26 and a 27 pitch on my 250SHO, but someone with the new Merc will come along and explain I'm sure. Seems most are running 24s or 23s on the new 250 4S Mercs.

From what I read on here and experience with my 20PHX you will probably need a 24 Fury.

I wouldn't suggest running a 26. Don't think you will get the RPMs. I personally run a 24 Fury on my 721 w/4 stroke. I have ran a 25 in the winter but all around the 24 has been the best prop on the motor. Great hole shot and top end.
