Which G2 115 will hook into 2019 etec controls?

I was just about to start looking at swapping my etec for a G2 when the news hit. I need to get away from the oil tank in my boat if possible. I would like to call around and price a G2 if I can find one but was told it had to be a specific model.

G2 requires a MCM box to use old controls and a G2 engine, there are only 3 MCM boxes left and they are $975.99.

You can get a basic concealed side mount control rigging kit for $955.99 and there are plenty of them available.

get the basic concealed side mount and you will be able to use your analog tach and trim gauge

Yes, the basic control rig kit gives you the ability to use analog and digital gauges, you can get a foot throttle if you want one.

Thanks! I'm going to do some calling tomorrow and see what I can find. I like the etec but that oil tank has to go. The only place for it was in a rear storage box.
