Splash well....hard to tell today. There is high voltage wires running on the lake. I believe that causing issues. My heading was straight but the boat was going sideways even with the big motor off!

Why not mount it under the console where you never see it? That way its not a vintage non-functional piece or holes 10yrs from now?

Still had some interference in the splash well, moving it under the lid. Tests went well in that location.
