    Sunday Couple’s Tournament

Sunday afternoon scramble in the wind.
Shot 9 under gross/15 under with 10% of team handicap.
Won first by one stroke with 11 couples.
All men played the up tees so that was new country for me.
I drove long and in the middle all day and played irons well and putted great.
Great day of golf for me.
Partners did their jobs and we all had a great time.
    Dinner and drinks afterwards.
Doesn’t get any better than that!

We do a couples every Friday night...inexpensive and lots of fun. So look forward to Fridays even though the wife carries me most of the time.

would love to get my teacher wife (at home since this all started) out doing other activities.... have taken her to the course, on a very chilly day here, and she would have nothing to do with it..... guess she is "home locked", as the weather here has gotten very hot, 102 today and climbing...... so fishing, and golf is done, for her anyway, until Sept.....
