It does start sometimes and it runs awesome when it does but this last week it began not starting. Had one day I went to a lake where it ran perfect. Went to a different lake in the afternoon and nothing. Until the very end of the night. Then it magically started again. It's a 1990 Johnson VRO 60 hp tiller. Brand new spark plugs, brand new battery. Any ideas?
