Boat is at the shop, and even with a sore knee I decided to go play 18. Went to a course I haven't played all year. Managed to shoot a 92 playing alone. Was driving the ball really good, just wasn't putting all that well.
Buddies wanted to play the same course tonight, managed to shoot a 86 which I was happy with. Didn't drive as well, but did putt better since I knew the speed of the greens.
I'm always happy when I'm in the 80's, usually find a way to blow and keep from being there. Finished up par, double, par. The double was just stupid, hit my approach in a trap right up against the lip. Was pin high, just let the club face open up and pushed it a bit right. Playing out of the trap the ball caught the lip on the way out and took all the spin off of it.
Was real happy to end the game with a par.
