USA SLIGHT RUFF EDGES ON PROP?

My stainless prop has very slight ruff edges in some spots that I can feel when I run my fingers on the edges. Probably nothing, but just wondering what i could use to smooth them out. What do you recommend?

80 grit flap wheel on a 4 1/2 grinder works good. It does not take much.

Can I leave prop on and put flap wheel on a drill?

I would highly recommend using something much finer than 80. I use 3M Scotch-Brite Roloc 2 in disc #07481 with the appropriate air motor to drive them (a drill is way to slow) for this type of work. There is also a super fine version of this if you want to get a near perfect finish on it. Doing this way will avoid taking off to much material
Just my opinion but if it is bad enough to require 80 grit, it needs to go to a good prop guy to get it right
    Thank You Leon Pugh
