    Got the boat waxed!

I spent the morning waxing the boat with protec sealant. She is looking good! Unfortunately I have to keep her outside for a while. I use an aurora canvas cover and a cheap generic cover to protect the aurora cover. I also have wheel covers and a motor cover. The trailer is sprayed with a rust preventer that can be wiped off. I hope to have a garage again for her soon!

    2105 Margay prize boat I bought with a 150 XR6.

Bass Cat make a nice boat!

Very nice. What prop do you have on your boat?

Nice looking ride. What year is your XR6? I’ve got a 2002. Nice motor other than it being a cold blooded bitch

My XR6 is a 2002 also. It has been a great motor. I tried a few props. The best for me was a 23p solas scorpion.

Nice looking Margay. I run a Sabre with a 2005 XR6. It ran good with a Tempest 23p, but have been running a 24p Fury for years. A margay may be a tad lighter, wonder if a Fury would work for you.

My biggest issue is chine walk. Every prop I try gets scary over 60mph. I'm starting to believe it is because I do not have hydraulic steering.

I've made it to 63 a few times but it is wild!
