Can digital shift be added to a non dts 300xs?

I’m tired of shift cables. I would really lift to add the digital actuator Even if it is the cable activated servo

Only if you buy a 300R.

There is no kit to add DTS to the 300XS Optimax.

What about just the servo activated via the cable like non-DTS V8 installs?

Those engines actually are virtually identical to a DTS engine- they just have all of the helm shift/throttle input sensors located on the ENGINE.

The mechanical control cables are directly attached to the input sensors that would otherwise (on a DTS engine) have been in the HELM/CONTROL.
