Did a renewal on my card. Loaded the maps I needed except the community edits never took...showed NaN (not a number) for the time it took to load. Popped the card in my Lowrance TI...no map data.
Not sure what to do.

I had the same issue with community edits a couple weeks ago. Everything else went fine but also got the “nan” for CE.

I was having issues with my new card, card wouldn’t talk to chart installer. Was in touch with a rep and got that resolved, then I had the same issue with the community edits. I ask the rep about it, he said it a problem that they are aware of and are working on it. He added me to that case file.
I just did mine and all seemed to work fine but now I have no detail in my maps. Navionics is saying to update my units. I have 4 HDS Lives. I hate updating when everything is working fine. Anybody else hear this?
i have navionics Platinum+,have been updating about every 2 weeks,including community edits, have had no issues with chart, sonar,or community updates.
i use sd card in hds carbon.
i update on Apple Mac OS X.
will follow this thread to see what may be the problem
