Pvs vent plug question

Is there any advantage to having some size plug in each hole versus maybe some completely plugged off and some completely open? Example- 4 blade with 2 solid and 2 open versus maybe 4 medium hole plugs? I understand that it may not let the same amount of exhaust out. Just wondering if it would be better to have the same amount coming out between the blades.

Does having all vents open increase prop slip on the top end?

PVS vents have nothing to do with prop slip at speed... Only holeshot.
