Grilled chicken thighs yesterday. Set 6 of them back for enchiladas tonight. Not really special, but I like eating them.
Sounds great. I’m at the camper and cooking chicken on the Weber with mixed veggies and of course cold beer. Looks like the rains have passed.

I have a couple of thick center cut bone in pork chops marinating in brine since mid morning. I am going to grill them along with some grilled bacon wrapped asparagus. A couple of makers mark on the rocks while prepping and grilling to top it off.

Made beef kebobs last night and had some meat left over. Making another batch tonight with squash, pepper, onion, and pineapple. Put them over brown rice with cilantro. Beer.
