So, out on the lake and my jack plate will not go up. Will not even make a sound with the pump.
It does appear it will go done as I can hear the pump kick on but it is already at the lowest position.
Any ideas as I am new to hydraulic plates.

Probably the relays
Reverse the wires going to the motor. If it goes up now, it's likely a relay problem. Or it could be a wiring connection problem. If it's relays, replace it with a Bob's relay system. Motor colors are reversed, but it's more durable. I've replaced my Atlas relay's twice. Running a Bob's system now.
