Time to get back after it.

Dropped 100 pounds recently. Slowly putting it back on. Taking a small 4 day vacation this weekend, as soon as I'm back, it's back to a sensible diet and back to the gym. Came way too far to go back!

Constant battle for sure, has to be a lifestyle change. Congrats on loosing the 100#, that’s a huge accomplishment in itself. Good luck bud

Thank you! And you're 100% correct. Its not diet and occasional activity, it's making the necessary changes a lifestyle. Lived that lifestyle for 5 years. Actually did three bodybuilding contests. Been just over a year since I last competed. Was worried that without that competition I'd lose focus, well, I was right. Time to refocus!

I'm with you. I was in great shape and put it all back on. No motivation and lots of couch time. I need to do a 180 and get after it.
