I broke the one I had it my switch when my knee hit it when hitting a rogue wave last week. I took the key to BPS and got the number off my ignition switch itself to make sure they had all the information needed.
They had plenty of keys there but they told me none would fit and the only option is to buy another ignitions switch with those keys...at $112.00.
Needless to say, I’m not going to do that.
I was wondering if a local locksmith shop can cut a key? Home Depot and a Ace Hardware said they didn’t have any blanks to cut a key like that.
I think I will Email Nitro and ask them why you have to buy a complete new ignition switch just for a key, kinda of dumb on the customer service side.
