Improved clinch
Ok lets stop. I am going to bed. I will count in the morning. Let you know!
Thank you!
After 2 break offs this past weekend (at the knot), I'm not happy with the old improve clinch knot.
Thinking I need to try something new after 35 years of trying the IC. Palomar and Snell might be my new choices.
If I can only have one it’s a Palomar knot.
When I started flouro, I switched from polomar to Uni. Been working well
Palomar is so simple, yet so effective! Easy to teach, easy to learn

palomar knot
Put me down with the Palomar group
Tie between Palomar and Improved Clinch. Each had a third of votes and a third of votes went to other choices.
Guess I will start with Palomar.
Palomar. I do use the Trilene knot with really lite line though especially with cold fingers.

Treat others like you want to be treated when on the water EVEN WHEN IN A TOURNAMENT! No fish is worth having a confrontation because you cut someone off or came in on top of someone.
Palomar knot for sure

I tie the improved clinch on everything I use. Only knot I use. Never had an issue.
