A hat!I think I got some discount on other merchandise as well.
yeah, all I got was the dealer hat. Not even a Skeeter hat. LOL
I just bought a used Skeeter, but still have the coat that I got when I purchased my Ranger in 2007. I love the coat because it is built for bass fishing. So.....if I wear the Ranger coat while driving the Skeeter, will it blow up? Or will I blow up?
Anyone done this before?
I think I got 3 hats 3 shirts and some key chains and stuff
Hats, shirt, motor cover, Power Pole covers, motor keeper.
Hitch draw bar, hitch ball, 5 wire to 7 wire pig tail, oil filter, fuel filter, new motor cover, but no hat.
Back in 2014 my dealer had a promo...get 10% of boat purchase back as a store credit, plus they loaded my boat up with tackle.

I'm sure it depends on the dealer. We have bought 3 boats from Fun N Sun and I also buy all of my tackle/rods/reels from them, I'm loyal to them and they in turn take care of me as well. Mine threw in the motor cover, trolling motor cable wrap and would have given me PP covers but I added the nav light to one of them so they wouldn't fit (well one of them wouldn't anyway) All of them have the dealer logo
Why would you expect “gear” with a purchase? Do you get a Toyota, Chevy, or Ford jacket with a new truck? Or a Lexus carport banner with a car? Lol.
Didn't expect any free stuff when I purchased, they just threw it in as a thank you for the business and it's also advertisement if it has the dealership logos. They also sent two coffee cups with logos as well (which i am using right now)

I don't expect it but its a great bonus when they do it.
When I bought my 2014 Skeeter I received a Skeeter hat and merchandise discount coupon, plus a Yamaha hat and shirt from the dealer.
When I bought my 2018 BassCat I received a $200 gift certificate to the BassCat store, 2 Mustang BassCat logoed life vests and a had written thank you letter in the mail from Rick Pierce.
I totally agree companies do not need to give you free stuff when you purchase their products, in fact the hand written letter from Rick meant more than anything to me.
