    18 TRX Bow Dual Mount Sonar

    Anyone have two units mounted on the bow? If so, what mount did you use?

    Dave I would guess you are keeping your 18 TRX and 200 V8 based on this post.

    I think you would have missed the V8 if you went with the 175 V6.

    As of right now yes, I thought there was going to be a possibility of me getting into another boat this year but the pieces didn’t fall together like I thought. Looks like I will be in this boat until fall of 2023 which is fine as it’s a great boat. I am going to do some upgrades to this one. I want to add a Helix 10 to the bow with 360.

    Im looking to do the same thing. Have a helix 10 now but want to add a helix 7 just for the gps when fishing waypoints and stuff. Im gonna make a mount myself to have both elevated near the trolling motor pedal.

    19 TRX but was able to mount 2 -9” units where the flush mount is typically. Removed and traced the plastic piece and got a piece of aluminum plate cut and bolted on gimble bracket

    Hey TRXV8, Your helix 10 at the console how much of your gauges does it block? Also does it give you good enough detail if you split the screen between map and SI to see fish on drops or structure? My Helix 7 just isn't big enough to spilt the screen and get enough detail.
