So, I also noticed that the #2 LED is not on when the ign is just set to "on" mode. According to manual this is the injection ignition light. Is that telling me its a bad injector?

#1 LED is Stator Signal 30 volts or higher Charging OK, Light On
#2 LED Crank Shaft Position Sensor output, Light Only on when cranking or running, so with key on engine not running Light is OFF
#3 LED Sersors Circuit, sensors OK, Light On
#4 LED Stop Lanyard OK, Light On

    Not sure about your manual.

I'll be ordering a new injector this make # 2 that I've replaced, guess I'll do one at a time.

You may want to invest in a 3011409 capacitor, it may be causing your fuel injector issues.

Starting pulling injectors thinking I'd send them in to clean and test, pulled port side 1st, #6 rattles where 2 and 4 don't. Is this normal? Good, bad, ugly?

May be loose parts inside, not good, not supposed to rattle.

Just wipe the tips with a rag, replace the crush rings, reinstall and torque to spec.

Are the crush rings inside the housing? Wasn't gonna take them apart

Yes they are, if you put them back where they were there is a good chance they will not leak, but that's your decision, my recommendation is to always replace all the crush rings anytime you remove the fuel injectors.
