Anyone running a Laser II prop?

Current Motor and prop is a 2019 DF115SS turning a Suzuki 14x23P SS. Performance is OK. On average I turn 5800 RPM with a top speed of 44-45. If the lake is choppy it will run up to almost 47. I have a 24 Pitch Laser II coming soon so I was just curious to see if anyone else has run them on a mid range Suzuki 4 stroke.

    Cheers!

I just repowered my javelin renegade 18 with a Johnson 115 4stroke ( Suzuki df115 essentially), so I am curious how your boat did with the laser2. My current prop is a 21p 4 blade stainless from solas but the consensus is that I need a different prop. My javelin will run 45mph right now at about 5800-5900 rpm and I still have a little throttle. Thinking about going up to a 22p or 23p

The early JonZuki’s and Suzukis ran a different final ratio to the newer ones, I think it changed in about 2006- so you cant validly compare what a 2019 engine is running prop wise with yours, will be quite different.

Its best to prop them to turn at least 6000 rpm at WOT.
