Elk Creek is a good ramp (or was last time I used it). It's been a while since I've been up there and we usually put in on the other side of the lake.

    Here's the lake level page - https://www.swt-wc.usace.army.mil/TENK.lakepage.html

I put in at Chicken Creek about 90 percent of the time. That puts you right at mid lake. It’s about 3.5 foot high right now but I haven’t fished it in the last couple of weeks.

Petit Bay is great on a north wind, not bad on a south wind. Two different ramps, furthest one is more protected from the south wind.
Nice areas, good ramps, and mid lake lets you go where you want. On the West Side so closer to most folks.
Try the Catfish Tacos at Burnt Cabin Marina. Open Friday-Sunday. Uuummmhhh Goood.
