Back in April Dr. said I was diabetic or at least close , my A1C went from 6.5 to 6.7 in 4 years ,I didn't want another pill so tried to do it my way . Stopped all soda and Gatorade and sweets ,no potatoes or rice or pasta but lots of protein have been very good at sticking to my plan and look at the total carbs on most packages and so on Down 22 lbs and today started riding my bycicle again went for 20 minutes this morning and will try to extend that every time I go . Wish me luck would like to get down to about 200lbs and be happy
