My 2003 that I bought new had a bunch of loose hose clamps. Get a screw driver, tighten each and every clamp and see if that could be the issue. Good Luck!
Be sure your transducer screws and motor mount bolts are sealed and what Topwater said, tighten all your hose clamps in the bilge area, some are up in there next to livewell. While your at it may as well tighten all the fuel line clamps also.

Check your livewell fill pump and housing. Put drain plug in, back down ramp until back of boat is at launch position. Open rear hatch and shine flashlight down into bilge and look at pump/housing.
