Is there some sort of regulation right now due to the pandemic that says u cant fish the canada side of the river?

I have been hearing this for the past couple weeks but hadn’t seen anything official on it until yesterday. The local news page up here had an article on it saying that the CBSA is not allowing any recreational boaters into Canada water as they are considered non-essential. This article doesn’t say specifically but I have heard maybe end of July before they allow it. Going to mess with a lot of people’s tournament plans if that’s the case.
