300 series and 4 stroke prop?

Putting a 4 stroke 150 merc on a 1990 374v ranger. Looking for ideas for a 4 blade prop or any other prop suggestions
    Thanks

its a regular 4 stroke, not the pro xs, it is one of the pacemaker ones that they refurbish

What is the difference between a 23p tempest and a 23p bravo besides a bigger price tag and 3 blade vs 4?
    Thank you

I don’t know what your question is. That’s like asking what’s the difference between an orange and an apple

I think the 4 is better for a hole shot, but the 3 will be faster is what I get, i would like it to be better in general not really into top speed anymore. So i guess you think the 4 would be best in general

4 blade will be better out of the hole and all around handling, you might lose 2 to 3 on top end but that's not a go fast boat, so you have to live with it at least that is my observations....

The old girl used to run about 60 that was fast enough for me, so hope to get about the same. It still looks good and fishes great

Had the boat out today, with the 4 blade they put on, i have a tach that goes to 6000, and it pegs it, and i probably have a bit more to go, seems to jump up great, but doesnt carry the nose as high, seems to be dragging more of the boat. I called and had them get a 3 blade, in 25P, hope that will help it. my trim gauge is non functional as it is analog, and needs a $100 adapter they did not have. seems to be a lot of clatter in rev, and fwd at idle.
    thank you

Depends on what he has if they are laser props I wouldn't waste my time but I would try a trophy plus prop and they make a ring to put on it if it's needed.

Being under powered, the Bravo may run the same speeds and will drive a lot better, as well as a good holeshot
    Thank You Leon Pugh
