What are you doing your BBQ on?

Just curious what everybody is using to do their barbecue and smoking on? I have a PK grill and a offset smoker. Love them both. Have been heavily considering a gravity feed. I’m torn between the assassin 28 and the Stubbs classic. Anyone who has experience with either of these I would love to hear your views.

WSM 18" and 14", thinking of getting a 22" soon for bigger briskets. Also have a 26" kettle with a Slow n Sear that seems to be taking business away from the WSMs.

My offset is an Old Country bbq pits Brazos. Best 1/4” thick steel smoker for the Money IMO. I have smoked Bork butt’s on the PK. Also does a great job and grills beautifully.

Old Country bbq pits also came out with a gravity feed smoker but it is no longer on Academy Sports website. Bummer, look like a really nice smoker for the money. Less than half the cost of the Assassin or the Stubs.

I have a 48" Lang for doing bigger events. At home I just use my webers with the slow n sear. Can't tell much of a difference in the end product.

I have a Bradley electric smoker and a barrell smoker/grill that a friend of mine makes. It's for wood or charcoal.

Nice I love my offset smoker but would like something that will allow me more capacity and some sleep that’s why I am considering a gravity feed. But you cannot beat the taste of wood fire smoked BBQ!

Custom built smoker/grill . My favorite thing about it is being able to sear on top of fire box and also able to cook multiple pots of vegetables on it at same time . Once did baby limas 12 hours lol

Big Chief electric smoker and then on the gas grill using indirect heat.

Started out with a Masterbuilt propane smoker. Got a 560 gravity feed a couple months ago.
