    Need someone for gel coat buffing

    I have a boat that needs to have the top cap buffed, anybody have a good recommendation for someone?

    Any good detail guy can do it. Gel is much more forgiving than the clear on a vehicle. I buff my boat every couple years so it get a chance to start oxidizing. If you have a body shop in your area thats slow coming off the pandemic you may be able to get them to do it. The time consumption of either taking everything off or taping it off is a lot more than actually buffing it. If its really bad you can start with 600 or 1000 grit and work it down to 2000 and get a better result. I did my buddies boat that i didnt know if itd come back or not and outside of a few spots it looked brand new
