    I went through the hiring process and actually had a start date to begin the academy with for Albuquerque PD but I elected to take an oppurtunity that came up while I was waiting. Always a little regret but things worked out just fine. Still ended up in public safety anyway so it all worked out.

    I have a son in law with Ft. Worth PD and very, very proud of him.

    No way I could do what they do day in day out - work crazy hours, deal with the ridiculousness... no way.
