I think we are the only country that don't have baked beans on the breakfast buffet.

I eat 2 every morning for breakfast and don’t have stinky farts afterwards. Sounds like some of you have problems.

I’m doing a shrimp boil next weekend. Gonna throw a few in there and see if they soak up some of that seasoning.

    Welcome back Dan!

Yes, I have seen hard boiled eggs for breakfast at many hotels including Garden Inns and others where your breakfast is included and your eggs, omelets, etc. are cooked to order.

I have to agree with those who mention flatulence as a side effect of eating hard boiled eggs. I had a number of frat guys working for me many years ago and they had farting contests. They claim that before the contest they would go to a country and western bar and eat the pickled eggs in a gallon jar with the pink juice and drink beer. Claim to have won many contests doing that. Did you ever do that Dan?

I do this with crawfish, lightly crack them before you drop them in, some seasoning will go it the crack, they are delicious.

For the hotels its a easy way to provide eggs, they can buy a big bag of pre-shelled pretty cheap. Put some out, znd just keep up the bowl. No mess no fuss, no need to heat.

note good in the boat, you can eat while running.

I don't care for them unless I have horseradish sauce to put on them. A plain old hard boiled egg, no. Pickled are ok.

That would be really messy trying to splash some Worcestershire sauce and driving at 80mphs... Dan

They were a mainstay at every chow hall I went to in the Navy. Hard Boiled and Soft Boiled.
