How is the fish and game department in North Carolina? Roy Cooper seems to be a real good man, intelligent and courageous. North Carolina looks like a real good place to live in with all of the amazing fishing, mountains and the ocean within reach. I'd love to fish with Roy Cooper some day. Any of you ever fish with him?

Hmmm, damn. Roy Cooper doesn’t really fish, huh? But doesn’t Carolina have all of this unbelievable fishing and hunting. He must be doing something right. If any of you know Roy Cooper, tell him I would be honored to take him out for a day and teach him everything I know about fishing.

I think I would tell him to invite anyone he wanted to, maybe James Mattis. I bet that would be a perfectly fine man to fish with us.
