Got a 2004 stratos 200 proxl and I need to replace the livewell valve. I looked at the flow rite webpage and just want to make sure I get the right valve. I have the recirc/empty/auto controls. I’m pretty sure I need system 3 valve. Correct? Also, how do I know which cable approach I need? My controls are located to the right of the drivers seat. Thanks!
If I'm not mistaken there is a part number on the valve, It's been years since I changed mine. That should eliminate any guessing.

You can take four screws out of your old housing and put the new guts in its a lot easier I just did mine. I would recommend putting in a new cable while your at it, there is a small o ring that's kind of tricky. Mine leaked after I put it back together going out this weekend to see if I fixed it.
My 08 had about a nine foot cable only needed six or seven I think the longer cable shortened the life
small piece of fishing line was in mine, removed it all fixed no parts needed can rebuild them also easily

just got mine it was a 3 valve barbed and front
So what i did was buy a new one and replace it swapped the housing and tightened it works no problems. But i would recommend is put the cable in first then put the guts into the housing. Goodluck!!!!!Originally Posted by andyh31
