Well shit....there went the neighborhood !!! Welcome back Prodigal !!
Hello Boys,
The No Pay thing seems to be a running theme in my life right now!!!!
ELGIN,
Maybe you can help resolve our fears of the BRP/Evinrude thing... i.e. continued service, honoring warranties (mine is through 2027) and parts availability. I'm not losing sleep, but there are concerns of what the future holds.

Like a bad penny returning to its original owner, things come a full circle and the cowboy-wrencher decides to make his appearance known.
Welcome back, Brother. I hope your skin is still thick and that during your absence that you learned a bunch of new smart-ass phrases and homilies to keep us all entertained. Surely you also picked up a few tid-bits of info to keep us educated and to show us which end of a screwdriver to hold.
Let's hear it with a round of applause for my friend for life.

Well....its good to know that you guys remember me no matter which name I use.
As far as questions about BRP Evinrude, you will need to ask them, or refer to your dealer, I'm no longer employed by them and have no information to share.
I'm here to have a little fun and maybe, after 40 years, I might accidentally help one of you fix an engine. There is a first time for everything
Glad to have you back, buddy, all kidding aside. Let's get to work helping the good guys and insulting the a$$holes!
