Nitro Z8 with 225 Pro XS

Time for a new prop... I have a 2015 Nitro Z8 with a 225 Pro XS. Two 12 foot talons and a partner that pushes 350.. Hole shot could be better when we are loaded. Only getting about 5300 rpm. Currently running a 25 Tempest. Was on Truman Lake this week and hit a tree which bent shaft slightly and cupped prop.

Looking for thoughts on what prop I should go with? I am sure I should be going down in pitch..
