Well he has almost gotten in a couple fights and I have heard rumors he has gotten oral sex in the parking lot on the clock by a temp and he is a supervisor.

That happens at times........ Was in contracts, working on weapons systems, The Facilities group had an annual Cat euthanasia contract, we had a huge issue with feral cats in the dumpsters, some were sick. All the Cat ladies in Purchasing refused to issue the contract. The Director (note 240 in contracts/purchasing) got sick of their refusal, and had me do for years, knowing I hunted I would not mind. I did not mind, it was easy PO to execute so to speak........

As long as it does not effect your work load don't worry about it.

They can't tell you what to spend money on but they legally can do daily drug/alcohol screens and set a limit above which anyone will be fired. They also can tell you if you get caught drunk driving on or off company time, you can be fired. Refusing to do work because of political beliefs is not protected by the Constitution. Which is why the NFL had every right to fire/blackball CK! The Constitution protects you from the Govt. not a private employer.
