Zoom out key not working on HDS Live 9/MOB issue

Good morning,
hoping someone here can help. When in navigation mode my ZOOM out key does not work. I can zoom out just not in. On the touch screen it works fine just not the main button on the unit. another thing I now noticed is when I initially press one of the two either zoom out or in it triggers the MOB. This is done by pressing either and not both buttons as it should. This problem just started yesterday after a software upgrade.. has anyone ever encountered this problem?

My zoom in is not working right. I cannot zoom in all the way. I used to be able to zoom in to 20ft per inch and 25ft range rings. Now I can only zoom to 50ft per inch and 100ft range rings. I'm wondering if the last software update caused this issue. Did you find a solution for your issue?

What software version are you running?

I'm running version 20.0. Is that the newest?

It looks like the problem is the Navionics+ card I just installed. I removed it and did a soft reset and now I can zoom all the way in to 20 ft. I re-installed the card and it instantly goes back to 50 ft as the maximum zoom.
