I put one on last year and it works great..... No more putting the light pole in and taking the light pole out.

But they do cover the Power Pole Logo on the new Blades. So I removed the larger logo and put one of the smaller ones that they send in the box on both poles so my logos would match. No biggie

i thought seriously about buying 1 of these but also thought it was worthless when night fishing and if i deploy my poles the light would almost everytime go underwater and no on coming boats would see my light???

I have the old ( not led) RMP lights on both of my PPs. I don't fish at night anymore but do use them in the early hours of the morning. If I have to anchor, I put my light pole on. As kcg202champ said, not very useful underwater.

This reason, and also I wouldn't be able to use my travel covers. That's why I decided not to install them on my pair of blades. If I didn't use the travel covers and if I didn't night fish, I would've pulled the trigger.

Awesome product. And I cut my travel cover to fit over it.
