Water pressure

Dear guys
I have a Stroker bassboat in Brazil with a brand new 250 SHO. Since the first day the water pressure gauge keep oscilating between 10/20psi and suddenly goes to 0. Then the alarm start buzziing showing no water pressure. I raised engine and nothing flows except water vapor. I have a 14’ hydraulic jack and even with it totally down this happens. With 15 hs of use I changed the water impeller but without sucess. The old impeller had not signs of deterioration. Tried yesterday maintaining the jack all way down and rpm 3900 with minimum trim and water pressure keep oscilating then suddenly zero. Any tips?

did you change the impeller only ..if so I would install complete kit..

I would check the hose and gauge also, you never know.

Ok, but when the gauge goes zero I raised engine and no water was flowing, just overheated steamed water

Check your thermostats. Mine did same thing. Changed impeller, same thing. Changed out thermostats, now mine holds 15-20 ( varies with RPM ) all the time running.
