I have a 1999 X56 with a 1999 Mercury 150 XR6. Im running a 23p Tempest at 5600 RPM with 8 inch jack plate 3" prop to pad, the prop has been worked. I feel as if my boat has lost lift, what can I check or do to get my lift back. I have dropped mph due to this. I was running 65 to 66 on gps and now I do good to get 59 to 60.
