    Connecting Ultrex built in transducer

How do I connect the built in transducer to my Ultrex to my Helix 12 with it having a screw in connection?

You need an adapter cable depending on which transducer you're trying to attach.

The US2 will not work with the MEGA 360, HAS to be HW CHIRP via Built-in HW+MDI or Built-in HW+MSI.

When the MEGA 360 is recognized, the whole list of Connected Transducer choices changes to a different set of choices.
Default is MEGA 360 and the first choice.
    Next is HW/MEGA 360
    Next is HW/MDI+/MEGA 360
    Next is Built-in HW/MDI+/MEGA 360

The SI units have one more choice:
    HW/MSI+/MEGA 360

Thanks Wayne. Do you think it's worth it to buy another transducer to have the water column sensitivity feature to use with the Mega 360? I'thinking it might show fish better. Am I right?

Don't use the WCS so just guessing:
Water Column Sensitivity replaced Switchfire for Imaging. 360 is Imaging so it would affect the 360 images just like SI and DI.
2D sonar still has the Switchfire setting.

This time of year with the rapid temp changes, pollen, winds, algae growth, and muddy water I don't think it will help show fish any better. The MEGA frequency is very sensitive anyway.
