I "think" I have the latest update. In the unit itself, it shows software version 3.500(9/13/19 10:1, but the latest on Humminbirds site is v.2.180. I tried to load v2.180 into the unit, Helix 12 Mega DI G3N, but it said I have the latest! I don't get it. Bottom line is, I don't have the Water Column Sensitive feature! Help! (sorry about the photo turned sideways, the site wouldn't let me delete and replace it)

3.500 is a SOLIX software. It is the next to last version. The current SOLIX software is 3.640.
2.180 is a HELIX software.
You don't have a 2D or DI transducer selected along with the MEGA 360 to have the Water Column Sensitivity setting.

Sorry, but I think your software status may be a little mixed. The version 3.5 software was for SOLIX models but has been updated to 3.64. The 2.18 software is current for your Helix model.

You will need the 2D/DI transducer if you want a depth reading. If you do have a external or internal transducer you need to select 360 and the other available transducer via Y cable in the menu.

How do I get the correct software loaded into the Helix? When I tried to load 2.180, it said no update needed!

Just to be sure, I would power up the Helix unit again to verify the correct version you have. With having a Helix and Solix unit you might be accidentally trying to upload the wrong update. Just a thought.
