    stainless steel ring inside flywheel

    Serial no. 0T153768 200 hp EFI. The ring is only glued in about 1/3 of the way around. When you put it in where it goes it does not come out. Does it need to be reglued or is it ok like it is. If it needs regluing what glue should I use? Thanks, Jim.
