I should have added there is are a couple of regulation proposals that will affect this area. We (District 2) proposed to rescind the three fish daily limit of Hybrid Striped Bass and Striped Bass on Bull Shoals Lake. This would cause the combined daily limit to be raised to 6 Hybrid Striped Bass and/or Striped Bass per day. Another proposal, which is statewide, would make it unlawful to leave the boat ramp without first removing your drain plugs (there are a couple of exceptions).
We ask you to please take the time to look through the regulations and comment on the proposals, as needed.

Wonder how that new plug rule would work for those of us with the remote plug setup? These have been installed on a lot of new boats over the last few years. That's mine on the lower left in this pic. It does not fully deploy as the removable plug would when released from the "In" setting to the "Out" setting on the dial.
