But yeah, I was wrong. Fortunately, I will be hunting the rest of the month, and probably would not even install this thing until the first week of February.

😀 Actually Greg is an Arkansas transplant. Grew up and did most of his pre-professional fishing in Southern Arkansas. 😀

Going to tell my girlfriend that's her second console.

Hey all, I have never actually installed a TM, and the last time I did maintenance on one all I used were those isolators. I see people talking about getting underneath the deck for nuts. Are bolts and nuts the standard now? Isolators still used?

I wouldn't trust a screw to hold a $3000 piece of equipment on my boat. Bolt and locking nut are what I use for all my rigging. Also Nylock nuts are a one time use thing. Whenever one is taken off a new one should be put on

These new trollers are pretty heavy these days; screws and isolators will not work.....like PJ said, use bolts and locking nuts.....

Going to install it on the 2015 until the new one comes in. I really want spot lock for the upcoming pre-spawn at Indian Creek.

Oh, and the new boat will have the Ultrex in a box. I'll try to sell it locally.
