That tackle warehouse thing has been that way a while. They have no idea. Another seller has: Out of Stock - Expected Ship date: Thu Aug 20, 2020 to Wed Sep 09, 2020.
And keep in mind the original date was set for Jan 7th, but eventually they’ll get the date right.
I don’t see them coming out at all this year . They have already missed out on prime time for best sales this year . Whatever there having problems with get it fixed right and try again next January. They will make up for there loses with package boats that have mercury’s On them .
I'm betting it's a couple reasons.
1. the motors are so China that they can't get the materials to produce them
2. there are so many issues with them that releasing them now would result in so much consumer backlash they'd never recover from it
Or a combination of both. Poor China quality resulting in massive issues they are trying to engineer around via domestically produced materials.

Miles Burgoff (might have misspelled that) said he just received his a week ago, if the pros don’t have them yet, they def won’t be sending them out to the peeons.
