MG Tour with bent prop shaft. How can you fix it easily?

I have a MG Tour 109 and is a little older. The prop shaft is slightly bent. I really don’t what to spend much money on it but how much would it cost to fix it ? This is the prop shaft, not the trolling motor shaft.

Sounds like you need to change the armature, probably cost around $200

With a credit card, I don't know of any way to straighten a bent shaft w/o additional damage.

How difficult is it to change the armature? I never got into the lower unit of these.

You need to change the armature , because the armature is the prop shaft. If you have never seen the inside the troll motor then it is advisable to take it to a shop to get it done. You could ruin the brush card and the wires to it. then you will have more issues.
